Service and Repairs


As standard we provide an acknowledgement by email and text the same day a unit is received and will inspect/test all returns within 10 working days.
Equipment can be repaired and back with you in 10 to 14 working days! (3 working days using our Q Jump service)

Standard Labour rate £65.00+VAT per hr. (MX/Leica £95.00+VAT per hr.) Q Jump (24 Hr) Add £50.00+VAT.

Minimum charge is a none refundable deposit of one hours labour plus return shipping back to you after repair and VAT.

Please note, unfortunately we are unable to accept personal deliveries or collections. All deliveries must be made via a courier and processed by goods in/stores.

The Service Centre provides a “one stop” universal service solution for a wide range of marine electronic manufacturers and distributors which enables us to offer considerable savings on traditional brand associated service costs along with substantially improved service times and twelve months warranty

The Service Centre is the largest independent marine electronics service facility in Europe providing service and repair facilities directly to companies such as Simrad, Navico, Northstar, Navman, MX & Cetrek and are authorised service agents for many more including Lowrance, Raymarine, Sailor & Icom.

We have specialist workshops and equipment supplied or approved by the manufacturers along with factory trained engineers and an extensive stock of spare parts.
