Thank you for submitting a repair.
To return your equipment to us you can fill in the form on this page or down load the form and print it or simply enclose a letter and return your equipment to the address below. If you use the online booking form you will receive an acknowledgement with a pre booked reference number and have the option to pay your test an inspection fee on line. Equipment pre booked on line goes straight into engineering reducing turn around time. If you need a Q jump service please make sure you mark the outside of the the box “Q JUMP”
Always return product by a signed for and insured service and enclose full contact details including fixed and mobile telephone numbers as well as an email address. Always include as much information as possible regarding the fault. This will save the engineers time and reduce the repair costs. Use the returns form below as a guide. If you wish to take advantage of our “Q Jump” service please make sure this is clearly marked on the paperwork and the outside of the box – see our labour charges for details
It is not essential to send a whole “system” as units can be tested in isolation however we do recommend the return of as much of a “system” as is practical. It will save time if the problem is diagnosed to be on another part of the system which was not returned for repair. If returning an Autopilot for example make sure you return all the control units, course computer and compass however it is not necessary to return the rudder reference unit or cables. Always return both the plotter and GPS when returning a chart plotting system and include the handset with a vhf radio.
You will be sent an acknowledgement by Text and/or Email the day your equipment arrives along with a reference number and an invitation to call or go on line and pay your deposit which covers the inspection and first hours labour.
Your equipment will then be looked at within five working days and we always provide an estimate by Text and/or Email before proceeding with any repairs
